Celebrating International Women's Day at The Secret Garden Distillery

Celebrating International Women's Day at The Secret Garden Distillery

Press release starts
Today, we toast to #InternationalWomensDay and all the wonderful women in The Secret Garden Distillery team.
As a women-owned business, what better day to properly introduce sisters Imogen and Isobel Armstrong who, together, now manage The Secret Garden Distillery.
Most weekends you'll either find Imogen scouring Edinburgh for the city’s best cinnamon roll or baking one at home with a country music soundtrack in her ears. Sustainability is at the heart of Imogen's work at the distillery, and she’s passionate about reducing the impact she and the business have on the environment. Her favourite cocktail is a Secret Garden Lemon Verbena Gin Martini - crisp and fragrant with a hint of lemon sherbet.
Isobel is a born hostess who loves nothing more than cooking up a storm and sharing meals with friends and family. A creative by nature who’s passionate about fashion, interior design, art and painting, she also can’t resist the call of the wild. Her love for the great outdoors and travel has taken her sailing from Scotland to the Arctic and across the Australian outback hiking. Her favourite gin cocktail is a sweet Honey Gimlet with Secret Garden Wild Gin - complex, not too sweet and just right for early spring.
With over 50% of the Secret Garden team being women, it's a great day to raise a glass (of Secret Distillery Gin of course) to salute all their efforts this past year. What woman in your life are you toasting to this year? #IWD2023 #InternationalWomensDay
