You signed up to get £5 off your first order but the code isn't working? 

The voucher has a few T&C’s listed when you sign up and if they aren’t met, it wont work. We ask the order is over £15 and none of our vouchers are redeemable on our Gin Club subscriptions or vouchers.

Please let us know if your order was meeting the T&C’s and if it was but the code still isn’t working, we will send over a new code for you to use.

Do we ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver within mainland UK however our partners at Royal Mile Whiskies can ship internationally, you can find their shop here.

Can you visit our distillery? 

Currently, our distillery tours are postponed due to COVID-19 however The Secret Herb Garden Cafe is open everyday 10am-4pm and our gardens too. 

Once twe are able to open our distillery doors again, you can book your visit here.

You've signed up to a gin club subscription but you haven't had your first box yet? 

Our gin clubs subscriptions are ran monthly, so all our boxes are sent out at the start of each month so when signing up you are signing up for the month ahead rather than the current month. 

Example: Order placed on 15th March, your first box arrives 1st April.

You were given a gin club voucher and have redeemed it but your account is listed as a 1 month subscription?

All our subscription are rolling monthly contracts so if you were given a 6 month voucher and signed up with it then your account will last 6 months. It is only listed as a one month subscription because it refreshes every month.
